I forgot to mention one of our favorite surprises on the trip. It's true. In-n-Out is opening in St. George. My waist just grew three inches thinking about how much closer we are to a double double animal style, the best fries ever, and a chocolate shake. Hungry?

Well isn't that nice? I've tried Chadder's. They are no In and Out, but they were pretty good.
